Posts being mistaken as spam

I've just posted a contribution on Minot (with image added) which formerly had been qualified as spam. Has been accepted now, so the settings appear to have helped. Thanks

I have tried loads of variations on my post but without any success.

This is what I was aiming to post:

"The book Russian Eyewitness Accounts of the Campaign of 1812 includes a description by an artillery officer of the Battle of Vitebsk. He writes, 'As we approached the site of the combat, we saw the returning Life Guard Hussars in their beautiful uniforms and shakos bearing the imperial arms, on handsome grey horses.' So presumably it was the third squadron that he saw."

I have managed to post it here but only after removing the name of the author of the book and that of the artillery officer I was attempting to quote. Both of them have Russian names. Could that be what was upsetting the system?

Yes, everyone seems to be getting that. I haven't figured what triggers it yet; some words or phrasing perhaps. If you rewrite the post, changing words and reordering things, it will often let you post.
