Russian Imperial Guard Cossacks

Can anyone help with information for the following please

1- were the lances painted red or left a wood color?

2- were the fur Busbys black or brown ?

3- their lace is described as being a reddish yellow ? Is that yellow with small red tinge or really orangeish ?
