Hello, I am looking for an account describing Napoleon at Rochefort in 1815 by someone called Pickôme. It is cited as being in the Nouvelle revue rétrospective (no date!), and he is supposed to be a sous-commissaire sent to that port. But I haven't been able to pin it down.
There are quite a few good accounts out there by Lallemand, Savary, Jourdan, Pelletreau and Bonnau, but this one has eluded me.
Thanks for any help.
Colleagues. A letter from Pickome is published in the Revue des documents historiques of 1875 (pp. 74 to 77). Phew, and thanks for your earlier help!
