I am looking for details of the service of this Italian officer in the period 1797-1814. I have got a few details from Wikipedia and from a study of his involvement in a conspiracy in 1814. He entered the Armee d'Italie in 1797, possibly as a light cavalryman (1st hussars) and was promoted to Captain in 1800. He was in the "Dragoni Regina" from 1805 and was captured at Wagram. He served in the Russian campaign taking command of the 2nd chasseurs a cheval on the death of Colonel Antonio Banco in late 1812 and led it until captured again in 1813. He then became Colonel if 1st chasseurs a cheval. He was an adc to General Techi at some point.

I have found that he was a squadron commander in the 1st chasseurs a cheval at Wagram, and that in the Russian campaign he was with the 1st chasseurs a cheval not the second.
