April 17th 2021
Helion and Company are proud to announce the 2021 From Reason to Revolution Conference. This year’s conference will focus on warfare in the age of Napoleon, looking at aspects of the armies of both sides and their experiences on campaign and in battle. Many of the speakers are published authors from the From Reason to Revolution series, or are working towards some of our future titles, and include some major names in international Napoleonic studies. Ticket holders will be sent a joining link by email ahead of the event, and will have access to a virtual bookshop during the event with 25% reductions on all From Reason to Revolution titles. The Demio platform we will be using is entirely browser-based and requires no extra downloads.

Thanks. While I am as keen as everyone else to get back to face to face meetings, the Zoom lecture format is so comfortable, and does allow a wider ranging audience - as was commented on last Saturday.
Either way I will do my best to attend the forthcoming conferences.
Hello Andrew, thanks for correcting me - I clearly should have made better notes!
It was an excellent afternoon, both informative and entertaining. I look forward to next year's conference - possibly on North American campaigns I think was said? Superb value to listen to such experts in their fields.
ok - thanks I might write to you directly, I missed that one - by the way, thanks for sending me the books I asked for - I see there is some credit left.
any possibilities to record such talks and put them online later like on you tube or do a sort of on line conference (I took part on quite a few in the medical field)?
Ticket sales now open, by the way: https://www.helion.co.uk/military-history-shows-and-conferences/from-reason-to-revolution-conference-2021.php
I applaud any effort to organize such a symposium under those circumstances.
Only seven presenters?
