hello I thought that the 2nd division (group of 2 squadrons) in the Austrian Dragoons Regiments was usually named the 2. Majors Division but I don't recognize at all this word here...or it is purely the name of the Major himself?

the city is Thiers in Auvergne
the signatures are from officers of others units of the KuK "Platz" Comando of Thiers
Staabs? There is not a "r" somewhere before the "b" or "l"?
Unfortunately I can read almost nothing - despite a print out of Kurrent.

Hello indeed I knew these Oberst or Leib ~ Oberstlieutenants ~ Majors Divisionen as I have the excellent Helion title from same authors, so maybe it is directly the name of the officer instead of the rank here, I will take a look at the officers regimental list to corroborate this...
