I am sorry to report that John Tiller died on 26 April. Although he was not a specialist in Napoleonic history he was the founder of John Tiller Software which produced numerous Napoleonic and other era wargames. The scenarios were always based on real battles and the orders-of-battle were very accurate. I know Andrew Bamford worked with him on the Peninsular War games.
He will be missed.

So Sad. My son and I had hours of fun with those early games, very educational too. Glad to see new games are still available. Paul
Very sad news; those games, going right back to the Talonsoft ones from the 90s, were one of the things that got me into our era and it was great fun to work on the two Peninsular titles. I'm currently working with JTS again on another (non-Napoleonic) project and am informed as of this morning that that is still expected to go ahead, so the legacy will hopefully continue to thrive.
