I recently came across Fidias, a Greek Cypriot Youtuber, who manged to get himself elected to the European Parliament this year. He has been making some very accessible, informative YT videos about the workings of the European Parliament, but previously he has been interviewing experts on all kinds of subjects (including adult porn). His approach is very much that of a novice, so he keeps the expert off the techie stuff, which would put an average listener off.
Anyway, he spoke to Alex Mikerbaridze about a year ago in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zu8exGJn12U It is about 90 mins, but it doesn't feel like that and Alex makes some interesting points about Napoleon, the period and studying history. It gets rather feisty when they get on to the subject of the current Ukraine war - it is easy to see the difference in views between those in neighbouring countries and those in countries out of the line of fire. Alex makes a very good point about decisions made 200 years ago still reverberating now.
Well-intentioned advice. Stick to the Napoleonic era. It provides enough cause for heated discussions.
