Ladies and Gentlemen,
For some time I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to put together a timeline for the Prussian side of the campaign of 1806. Nearly every source I've consulted goes into minute detail (dates and times) portraying the French preparation and movements, decisions, et. al., but these same sources provide only limited generalities on the Prussians. Does anyone know of any sources that provide a detailed analysis of the Prussians? Thanks for your support.

Gentlemen,
Thanks for your commentaries. I have the sources you recommended; most provide a general account of events, without any consistency. Hoepfner has the best timeline, so to speak. Mueffling also provides a framework. Scharnhorst's letters and other official documents provide the best account. But I still cannot find works comparable to the specifics found in the French sources. So I'm left with putting together an interesting puzzle. Thanks again for your assistance. Take care and God bless!
